Through our integration with the Meta (Facebook) Platform API, we collect and process the following data to manage customer communications:
- Facebook Page information (Page name, Page ID, profile picture)
- Messages and comments sent to our Facebook Page via Messenger
- Page-Scoped User IDs (PSIDs) of individuals who message our Page
- Basic profile information of Facebook users who interact with our Page
- Instagram account basic information (username, account ID) for account authentication

Meta Platform Data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Displaying incoming customer messages and comments in our unified inbox (Chatwoot)
- Enabling our staff to respond to customer inquiries through Facebook Messenger
- Connecting and authenticating our Facebook Page to our platform
- Sending utility messages such as appointment reminders and support follow-ups
- Identifying and routing conversations to the correct inbox

Data Storage & Security
All data collected through our platform is stored securely on Railway (railway.app), our cloud hosting provider, using a PostgreSQL database. Railway is located in the United States and maintains industry-standard security practices.
- Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Access to the database is restricted to authorized Telekyanmar staff only
- We do not retain Meta Platform Data beyond what is necessary for operational purposes

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to any third party. Meta Platform Data is shared only with the following service provider strictly for operational purposes:
- Railway (railway.app) — cloud hosting and database provider that stores and processes data on our behalf

- We only use Platform Data for the purposes described in this policy
- We do not transfer Platform Data to data brokers or advertising networks

- We provide users the ability to request deletion of their data
